Without a destination in mind, it's easy to become aimless.  You need to have some idea of what the future looks like in order to live intentionally.  Sunnybrook is about inspiring people to live sacrificially for the cause of Jesus.  This is what we want to be known for.

Here's the thing - it's not really about the sacrifice.  Sacrifice is a reflection of the heart.  Living selflessly (or selfishly for that matter) provides evidence of the condition of your heart.  The bottom line is obedience to the call of Christ on your life.

That said, sacrificial living speaks louder to the world than anything else we can do.

And it is exquisitely rewarding.
