We see five primary things that matter the most to us collectively.  We're better at some than others and we're working on it all (truth is what it is - so the work there is for discernment).

Community  We come together in community to worship God and strengthen each other through authentic, accountable and loving relationships.

Growth  We accept the challenge to grow our faith and see ourselves transformed.  We believe in partnering with and equipping families to be like Christ.

Leadership  We develop effective leadership based on excellence and integrity as we pursue our purpose.  We stay open to reevaluating our methods to keep on target.

Outreach  We creatively help others consider Jesus for salvation and we trust the Holy Spirit to transform their lives.

Truth  The bible is the inspired word of God and the standard for truth.  It is the basis on which seekers find Jesus and believers mature in him.
