Local Opportunities

Stillwater has a number of organizations doing excellent work to meet the needs of the local community.  Our congregation engages through financial support and volunteering with these various organizations to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus to those around us.  

  • Serve Stillwater

    Serve Stillwater – April 17–18
    Join us as we come together to serve our community in the name of Jesus.


    Friday Night:
    We’ll kick things off downtown at Block 34 with a Richmond Road Band concert specially designed for Stillwater’s special needs community. Everyone is welcome!


    Saturday:
    We’ll spread out across Stillwater for a variety of service projects, including building a Help Build Hope house for Habitat for Humanity.

  • Help Build Hope

    We partner with Habitat for Humanity in Stillwater to build the walls of homes for local families in need.

  • Mission of hope

    Mission of Hope gives assistance by providing supportive housing, food, comprehensive case management, transportation, and life skills training.  Their goal is to help the homeless become self-sufficient.  www.stillwatermoh.org

    The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God.   • Our daily bread

    Our Daily Bread Food and Resource Center is a nonprofit organization comprised of progressive-minded staff and volunteers working to end hunger by addressing the root causes in Payne County. Our Daily Bread uses volunteers of all ages and abilities. (405) 533-2555
